Mech treasure hunt

I would like to express here my suspicion where the second hidden mech could be. At the same time, this post can also be seen as a coordination medium.
While Yori and Richard are still busy with the fallout of the first hidden mech, I already have a hunch or a feeling where the second one might be.
In the description of Torutovy, one entry in particular stands out:
But there is still something interesting in the description of Torutovy:
The description for the outskirts is there to distract, yes it sets the tone "Hey here somewhere a battle took place, but I dare to doubt that somewhere in the dirt a mech, or parts for it are still lying around, that's what the Metal Detector sentence hints at.
My hypothesis is that the city was evacuated, probably to protect the inhabitants but also because there is a secret on/in their mountain. The battle may have taken place in the outskirts, but somewhere the defenders must have had a base nearby. I suspect that the Lyran defenders set up a small base somewhere in the old mine shafts. A mountain offers a strong natural defense against any kind of attack, and since the mines were already mined, they could quickly build a base there without spending a lot of resources.
Also, the whole thing reminds me too much of the Hobbit xD The Draconis combine (red dragon) are attacking a mountain/mining city which must have been extremely rich in its heyday.
But remember this is just a theory,.... a Game Theory thanks for reading!

This tells me two things: A) many have tried to find something in the outskirts before us, successful or not it doesn't matter. B) If there is information about the battle, then Lyrans have it.Torutovy Outskirts
The farmlands and woods on the outskirts of Torutovy are still slightly covered in snow. Many different crops can be found across the various patches of land that stretch on for a couple of miles in every direction out from the town proper. It is said that the Combine battled Lyran defenders somewhere here over a century and a half ago, but the town had been evacuated so there are precious few records about that period. Once popular with metal detectors, it now only has visitors who either enjoy walking or buying fresh produce. The leaks and turnips are said to be especially good.
But there is still something interesting in the description of Torutovy:
Combined with:Mount Torutovy
A beautiful peak with scenic views of the town and surrounding hills and mountains, Mount Torutovy is the pride and joy of the locals. [....]
It is possible to access them and lower regions with a cheap cable car service that only ceases to run at night. The fee for all day usage is only 1 C-Bill.
This gives me quite an interesting overall picture and leads me to the following theory:Torutovy
A historic mining town turned tourist hot spot in the hills of Central Akos. Torutovy was founded soon after Akos was settled. Many of the locals can trace their lineage back to Lyran colonists. Many of the locals speak German as a result. Compared to those early days, the mining economy of Torutovy is now much diminished and changed.
