I think the Spider has a normal head cockpit. It's pretty good for a light mech. Super fast.

Spiders are deathtraps as they don't have ejections seats, but they are fast and have 2 ML's

2 Spiders and the Urbi with 2 Raises seems very good.

Net gain would be 3 Salepoints and +0.2 Strength

Did richard choose Charlie for rd 2 then? And if so then the back up has to be Hraf or Yori unless Yori is changing her pick. Since Hraf hasnt posted I have no idea what they would be good at.

I am generally leaning toward not calling raises, especially if you have any doubt of succeeding, and instead trust exceptional raises to kick in.

Yeah, Richard gave me the go ahead. I think Raises were a reasonable list considering it lowers our points (the mechs we have to give). I had like 93% chance of succeeding. Orokos just decided that I was not going to succeed.

As Charlie has failed you no longer have a reserve. You'll be doing one of the steps Yori. Good luck.
