Well, the barracks was listed as the most impactful for the contract, and its what the liaison wants us to go for. My earlier suggestions is more that if we go for that we can do the extra assault option on the d5 event to pick up experimental weapon base. Maybe get some fancy weapons. Just a thought, no real clue.

i would love to do an attack on two targets at once but it isn't fair on Yuusha. These combats take a lot of work as is, doubling their workload seems like asking too much.

Looks like, if there was another attack here, it wouldn't be a full blown battle, if "off camera" indicates anything.

1.0 Strength is a hefty cost, but may be worth it.

One option is to make the militia base option 2, and there for lose less combat losses to it?

It's a tough choice, hitting two targets could make us look good, but the one fought in is probably going to be reasonably difficult and the automatic -1.0 strength loss from the second is rough. Lots of scope for us to end up beat up and with high threat. Then again, maybe there's time to rearm and reassess after southern Akos?

Tanaki's point about using the militia base as the secondary attack target (go redshirts! You'll be fine!) is also a good one IMO.

It should be noted that we also get salvage from it, which in turn increases our strength. probably we are after the angirff rather at -0.5 than at -1.0

I think we really need to build up Threat. While a double attack will help with that to some degree, our good recon scouting of the targets will lessen the threat build up from that by a great amount. >_<

We may still be at negative threat after Day 6.

I'd also point back to the mechanics section...
• Some actions and roleplay choices may warrant an increase of Threat. This is up to the GM.
• Some actions and roleplay choices may warrant a decrease of Threat. This is up to the GM.
• If found out, certain actions will cause a loss of Impact dependant on their severity. These include anything that undermines, harms the reputation of or intentionally damages the AFFC. Unduly damaging the planet's infrastructure would also count, as would anything that boosts the morale or defences of the enemy. This is a subjective thing, but will usually cost from between 0.1 to 0.5 Impact if warranted. Examples would include things like releasing a captured BOSS to the enemy without the AFFC's approval, opening fire on refugees, needlessly destroying infrastructure buildings or allowing the enemy to quit the field without good cause.
This is less relevant, but worth mentioning along with the above, as they're all part of the 'RP will be recognised' clause.
• Large social gatherings with an aim of boosting morale, increasing teamwork or improving discipline. These will only work if they're successful. If you think you've achieved this, contact the GM.
