Well Dressed waltz [PG1 LE Storage]

The pair of dancers gently spun through the party to the designated dance..float space or at least some place with enough space they were less likely to run into others.

Alek smiled to Mei as they slowly drifted "Don't sweat the costume thing, you look great tonight." He said with a Sincerity noticing how her smile hadn't reached her eyes earlier.

[Mei-Ling Zhou]

"Thank you." she said as some of the warmth returned to her face. "You looking very handsome tonight yourself, dashing even." She placed her free hand on his shoulder. "So what kind of dancing do you like, waltz, tango, lambada?" She said looking up at the mountain. "Or shall we just slowly drifted around each other, not really going anywhere?"

The set list was mostly classics for this time of year, but it was very varied. They'd find something they could dance to. There just might be some awkward air-shuffling to the odd rock song or the like in between.

"Thank you." she said as some of the warmth returned to her face. "You looking very handsome tonight yourself, dashing even." She placed her free hand on his shoulder. "So what kind of dancing do you like, waltz, tango, lambada?" She said looking up at the mountain. "Or shall we just slowly drifted around each other, not really going anywhere?"

Alek smiled down to her and placed hand on her hips "So structured Sergeant. Does a dance have to have a name? Why not listen to your body, let the music move through you and just feel it."

He said as he demonstrated moving his body in shakes and shimmies gently pulling her through the movements as they floated in the air.

Despite his size Alek was surprisingly graceful as they moved through the area.

He's so big.

Mei smiled and pulled herself closer to the giant.

"You are very good at this, do you dance in zero-g often?"

"Ah no not so much, just well dancing is not so different from fighting you see." He explained as large powerful hands came around her as she pulled her self into him.

"You know, you have to know your body and how to move it. And you have to be able to read and match an opponent though here it is more reading you to work together." He spoke as they spun coming away from her to move around her

"no gravity just means more possibilities." He said as they came back together him behind her now

Mei exaggerated the spin and let her skirt billow a little like a black flower.

"Hehe, you are VERY good at this so you must be a very good fighter as well. I'm not sure why anyone would be silly enough to fight you though, your too big to threaten and too sweet to want to hurt. You should be splitting logs outside a snow covered cabin."

That elicited a chuckle from the currently gentle giant "Ah well many men have more bravado than sense. Plus the fight isn't all about size and strength. Skill, a quick mind will help. This big bear has been beaten more than once." His tone was happy the whole way through, if Alek was sore talking about being beaten he was very good at hiding it.

But he came back around amusement in his eyes as he raised an eyebrow at her "but chopping wood by a cabin. That's rather specific Sergeant Zhou. A fantasy of yours perhaps?" He teased, but he had drawn closer to facilitate a lower tone so the words didn't stray far from them. and those words, while certainly teasing, had perhaps a bit of an edge to them. A poking inquiry that looked to use the joke to find a truth.

[Mei-Ling Zhou]

"Who doesn't love a nice cozy log cabin? I mean I've never been to one but the idea of cuddling up close together keeping warm as a light snowfall paints the whole world white, sounds lovely no?" She looked up at him, a challenge in her eyes.

[Aleksandr Korolov]

"Anywhere can be lovely depending on who you are with." He replied in that deep voice with a touch of his accent his eyes meeting hers and not seeming to back down.

"Funny enough I have spent time living in a cabin. Years ago back in the common wealth. Went off the grid for a couple years." He smiled to her as they moved this time him pulling her close the suit did little to disguise his heavily muscled body "perhaps if we have leave near there I take you sometime."

[Mei-Ling Zhou]

(Russian) "You want to take me?" She said cocking an eyebrow at him before resting her head on his chest. "I do not think I would oppose that."

(English) "First we have to survive this contract but rest assured I will be keeping an eye on your backside."

[Aleksandr Korolov]

(Russian)"you have never been. I like giving people novel experiences." He said smiling

(English) "and yes we speak of tomorrow's dreams and worries for now we are here and have this night!" He said becoming a bit more animated pulling her tighter to him and spinning them a different direction. "And I'm sure I'll be watching your ass as well." He replied with a cheeky grin.

[Mei-Ling Zhou]

(Russian) I am starting to see that you are indeed a dangerous man Alek, I am glad to have you with me. So, tell me more about you little cabin; what made you go off the grid?"

[Aleksandr Korolov]

"That is a sad story krasotka(gorgeous) perhaps for a different time." His voice didn't lower or falter but remained pleasantly happy as his eyes met hers.

"But the cabin was my father's, we lived in the city but he had the cabin a few miles into the country. It is simple just enough electricity for some lights but only fireplace for heating. Small really meant for one, maybe two people if they don't mind being close." He said with a wink

"He took me there a few times for hunting trips and fishing trips. Then later I lived there for the better part of a year. Can be nice to live simply for a time."

[Mei-Ling Zhou]

"It sounds wonderful, after I'm done with fighting I hope I can live a life that peaceful."

She brushed a lock of hair behind her ear.

"So I can make some improper guesses but I have to ask, Fist? What's the story behind that?"

[Aleksandr Korolov]

Alek chuckled a bit "It is nice for a time but one does grow to miss modern technology. But it can be nice to get away from it."

Then she asked about his callsign and he laughed more "Well its not terribly creative." He admitted with good nature. The large hand currently resting on the curve of her hip slid up her side a bit before pulling away and closing in a big fist likely the size of at least half her head

"not many brave enough to get 'improper' with this." He said with a full deep laugh.

"But the callsign came from the fact I'm a boxer and my tendency to punch mechs in the face during fights both in the arena and batttlefield."

"That thing looks pretty painful. You wouldn't even need to punch someone, just swinging past them would knock someone down. I bet you could choke me out with one hand on your drink still." She said, awed. "Clothes must be hard to find though, I should make you a sweater, what colors do you like?"

The Knuckles and hand up close had a fair number of scars some fine and faded from time but some that likely weren't more than a few months to a year old. It was certainly not a smooth hand but the rough texture of a life working with them

"Not sure if I've ever done that before." He commented with a grin not specifying if he meant the swing or the choking

He raised an eyebrow with an amused look "Well I'm partial to dark gray and black but more colorful, then red has always been nice. Though thats quote a bit of material to use." He said with a light laugh as his flesh hand returned to her hip and a glove clad hand spun them around a bit as the music changed tempo

"Yeah I'm gonna need to take some measurements I think but I'm not worried about the materials I have TONS and you can find supplies just about everywhere. I hope you aren't shy or ticklish, the measuring procedure can get awfully personal. It will take me a while to make but it will be worth it I think."

When the spinning was done she lightly pushed up away from the ground and used his bulk to stop herself so she was eye to eye with and fixed him with an intense stare, holding it for a moment before returning to her normal level.

Alek smirked "I think I can imagine worse things than getting a little personal with you Mei." He teased.

"I'm sure you can imagine I'm not really the shy type. As for ticklish.....maybe but I'll never tell you where." He smirked as they rotated

When she stared He stared back, maybe less intense but firm and there was certainly a bit of an edge to those eyes, a heat, a hunger hiding back there subtle but able to be seen when one looks for it.

He pulled her back up to his level as they left the ground again "one of the best things about zero g is I can be eye level with people."

"So what about you? Goo is a pretty unique callsign."
