It was engagement day which meant his Lance would likely be heading out at some point. A bit later in the morning Alek made his way to the gym to get his blood pumping.

He laid on the bench his robotic and organic arm working in concert. The relatively quite space filled with only the sound of controlled breathing and very faint music coming from headphones.
