Richard took the box in his hand and accompanied you to the door. "Today I have to leave it to you" he looked over his shoulder at the piles of documents, the cups and the rest that were still lying around "I have a little tidying up to do".

She nods
"Yes you do. But we all make mistakes, and it is only a minor one. Thank you again for the tea."
Yori goes to turn and then pauses, turning back to the papers she'd handed Richard.
"Blue or black pen for the document, obviously. I look forward to your results at your earliest convenience."
And then she's gone, box in hand.

After Yori left, Richard examined the 'documents' Yori had left behind.

He was something,... confused? Flattered? Puzzled?
He put it on the table for now, he would have all day tomorrow to fill it out.
