"I don't usually go for it, but I don't dislike it. Just tend to prefer real meats. Roasted pork is prolly my favorite meat but I can go for pretty much any kind. Though I do prefer to limit how much red meat I eat, but will go for lots of chicken and fish."

[Mei-Ling Zhou]

"How do you feel about raw fish?"

[John Slaktare]

"Sushi is fine, I've had it before. Ain't my favorite or anything. I prefer a hot meal over a cold one, but both are nice. There ain't a lot that I won't eat because I don't like it. I tend to avoid sugary foods like candy and baked goods. I like em, but they take extra work to burn off. Are you a fan of sushi then?"

[Mei-Ling Zhou]

"I like sushi as a light lunch but I was more thinking about ceviche, not sure if you have ever had it. The fish is "cooked" by lemon or lime juice. I've only had it once but it was very good, it's diced up and you put it on like toast or crackers."

Mei finished her oatmeal and chased it with a long drink of water, making a pained look like it was caught in her throat.

"I should have eaten that when it was hot. So what have you got planned for today, anything exciting?"

[John Slaktare]

"Never had it... I'd try it though," he says with a nod.

"I'll probably be on defensive patrols and spending time in the armory. Nothing exciting probably. How about you?"

[Mei-Ling Zhou]

"Not sure yet, I had been hoping for a little action from you but my body has decided it doesn't want to cooperate. Richard's birthday is tomorrow so I should probably go into town and try to find him a better gift than more clothing made by me."

[John Slaktare]

"Not much I can do to help on picking out a gift there. Don't know him much at all. But I do hope you find something for him that he'll like," John says.

"And I can't do anything at all about your body not cooperating."
