Yoko found herself making her way back to the dropship's medbay after dinner, rubbing her temples as she made her way there from the mess hall. She'd promised she'd come back for a follow up after yesterday, and she was a woman of her word. The headache she had was unrelated to the checkup, she hoped, but killing two birds with one stone here seemed prudent enough.
Walking in, she looked around for a nurse or doctor to check in with; Many would be helping the soldiers from earlier of course, especially the nurses who had less need to stay at the medbay itself.

Yoko frowned lightly but complied without complaint, laying back gently on the table and stretching out; Even through the paper the slab was a bit chilly to the touch, but Yoko didn't really mind.

"I don't want to aggravate your migraine further. I may be able to help ease it a bit." She said as she rolled a stool behind Yoko's head and sat down.
Gloved hands soon examined Yoko's scalp, gently lifting her head and carefully feeling for any tenderness. Satisfied, Eilonwy placed a pillow down and lowered the head before moving her attention to the neck area. She massaged the neck and shoulders, checking for any issues a fall might cause.
"I don't think there's anything to be concerned about." she finally reported. "Other than your migraine. I could give you some meds. But, rest and relaxation would be best. Massaging your temples, or perhaps a full massage to relieve stress."

"I was thinking about heading to bed a bit early tonight, yeah. These come along maybe once, twice a month. Usually when I don't have enough sleep and try to make up for it with lots of caffeine. Frankly, I'm surprised this is the first time I've gotten one since I joined the Angels here."

Yoko chuckled, "Something to help me sleep? Otherwise, what can one do other than deal with things as they come along? As long as you don't think it's related to my slip up yesterday, probably just one of those things I'll have to do that with, unless they ever come up with something to cure headaches... which I don't imagine I'll live to see in my lifetime. They're too busy coming up with new ways to shoot one another."

"Unfortunately, there are too many variations for a definitive cure." she admitted. "All that can really be done is reduce the things that cause or exacerbate them. A lot of that is stress, which you're not going to be able to avoid. Find ways to relax. Take some time to have fun and relieve tension. What do you like to do?"

"Me? I like to shop, talk, play cards, watch wrestling, drink and make merry... I suppose I've never really had a 'hobby' as such. Closest might be taking care of my gun and going to the range with it. Or exercising. I say those because they're things I try to keep a schedule for."
