"Let's get out of here then," John replies, taking leaving payment for the meal. He steps away from the table and takes her by the hand, starting to lead her out. And then his self control starts to falter as they pass by the restrooms.

"I can't wait..." he admits to her in a whisper and starts guiding her that way. Butcher's voice is urgency and desire, "I need you now, right now."

Mei was surprised and delighted by his impulsiveness. She tried to remain casual as he pulled her towards the back, feinting like she would enter a different bathroom than he did and checked to make sure they weren't noticed. She quickly removed the red necklace she was wearing and put it in her purse to keep it safe.

"I was never going to make it through a beach walk, I almost didn't make it through dinner. Take me."
