Spending Them C-Bills (D4 LE Pryvidok)

[Yoko Lee]

Yoko thinks about sitting between the two so they'd be facing each other... but maybe Klaus would rather sit next to Tess? She found one end and sat there.

"I'll sit on this side since I'm paying. One of you can sit in the middle and the other across from me, neh?"

[Tessa Wentworth]

"P-paying? Come on Yoko, at least let us split the bill." Tessa immediately suggests. She takes the seat across from Yoko. "You don't need to treat us." Tessa didn't have any idea why Yoko intended to pay.

[Klaus von Zinzer]

Klaus takes the other end of the table. "You've already arranged so much. We should split the bill"

[Yoko Lee]

"You think so? Fair enough. And here I was thinking I was practically dragging you two out here with me."

She chuckled self depreciatively as she scooted further into the booth, smoothing out her dress after it bunched up a bit, putting her purse next to her. Yoko takes a menu from the waiter with thanks and sets it in front of her.

[Tessa Wentworth]

"Not at all. It's been really lovely."

Thanking the waiter too, Tessa glances over her own menu. She does briefly check the drinks menu too, but she has second thoughts about having a glass.

[Yoko Lee]

For her part, Yoko immediately spots that plum wine is on the menu and orders a glass; A taste of home would be rather welcome at this point.

[Klaus von Zinzer]

"Lyran whiskey." Klaus looks up from the menu. "How can I resist? Are we sharing family style or is it every man for himself? Or herself? "

[Yoko Lee]

"Individual, I'd think. Though they have a variety of three course meal pairings that we could mix and match from, if anyone else wants to try different things. I know I wouldn't mind, since it's not every day one gets to eat at such a nice place as this. Especially lately."

[Tessa Wentworth]

"I don't mind too much either way, but it would be nice if we could try each others' meals a little bit." She chuckles as she turns her menu around. "Not that I've chosen mine yet. Shall we start with an appetizer or skip to the main?"

[Yoko Lee]

Each of them got the three course meals that the restaurant had advertised, each with a soup or salad, main course, and a dessert. They shared an appetizer of cream cheese wontons and talked together, both about shopping and hobbies and other things. By the time 10PM rolled around and the meal was done, each was ready to get back to camp and get to bed, full and warm both from the food and the company.
