[Pre game D2: LA: GYM:open] Keeping in good shape

It was time to get back to working out. Alex and the Penguins went to the GYM. Rico may have put on a few pounds but nothing a good routine couldn't help. Noah was more into the row machine and Mikey looked like a deer in headlights. "Come on Mikey let's run." Alex and Mickey went to the treadmill and Rico to the stationary bike. "After you warm up, Noah will spot you on the weights." Alex reassured Mikey. Michael just nodded. So the run started...

They wouldn't be alone in the gym this afternoon the giant of the Angels was already in there doing a body weight circuit. Push ups to pull ups to bicycle crunches to squat jumps.

He finished a set and looked up to see the Penguins getting into their own workout he smiled as he moved up a little "Oi Alex how's it going?" The Master Sergeant greeted the Lance leader and nodded to everyone around.

Alek had been at it a bit already his breathing was a little labored and sweat had started soaking his Obsidian Angels tank top.

Alex nodded to Alek. "All good... quite excited." The Penguin lead smiled. "I looking forward to cool fresh air of an atmosfere. Well at least atmosferic air."

Alek laughed "yes, being cooped up on this ship for months can start to wear on you. I'm excited to land as well we've reached my least favorite part all preparations done just waiting to get started."

"Yeah... and the time with 0G tends to also make me somewhat queasy." Alex admitted as the warrior continued running. "It is weird... it is exciting yet terrifying... The anticipation of the landing and the things that might be."
