"We have some resourceful people. And, the way things are going, I think we can reward ourselves." She said as she continued thinking it over. "I'll find a way."

"It really would be therapeutic. And, fun." she considered the possibilities for a moment. "You're right. Maybe something can be put together with some of what's been salvaged. Or, maybe there's something nearby."

"Frivolous and unnecessary." she sighed. "Maybe in the future. Then we can take a dip together."

"It was for medical reasons." she shrugged. "But, when asked, I had to admit that I'd allow it to be used by anyone just wanting a soak. Especially if they were cute."

"True. I couldn't get approval for that." she sighed. "You're welcome to stay. It's nice to have company in here that I don't have to operate on."

"For as long as you want. I'm not going to kick you out." she answered. "But, I imagine you'd rather be somewhere more comfortable."

"Not like that." she shook her head. "There are better excuses and better ways to spend that time. We could have a lot more fun than that."

"Thank you. If it's necessary, I may accept that offer." she smiled. "But, I hope it won't be."

"Arrangements were made where necessary." she explained. "I expect doing so will become more difficult, however. We've been fortunate, but we're bound to see more casualties with more severe trauma."

"True. But, we've been fortunate." she nodded. "We haven't had anyone in need of continued intensive care. No one that hasn't been able to convalesce in the comfort of their own bunk."

"It is pretty quiet in here, though." she chuckled. "I've caught Autumn napping on slow days. But, it's not the coziest of environments."

A cool cloth was placed on her forehead.

"I don't have pillow refrigeration, but we can do these treatments whenever you'd like."

"That's true, I suppose." she spoke softly. "I have my own routines and I do find most comforting. But, some feel like tasks that I need to complete. Would you like a cool compress?"

"I'm not sure keeping a schedule is relaxing." she chuckled. "But, at least they're activities you enjoy. Are you feeling better?"

"Unfortunately, there are too many variations for a definitive cure." she admitted. "All that can really be done is reduce the things that cause or exacerbate them. A lot of that is stress, which you're not going to be able to avoid. Find ways to relax. Take some time to have fun and relieve tension...

Eilonwy moved her fingers up to gently rub Yoko's temples. "Well, if there's anything I can do for you, I'll be happy to."

"I don't want to aggravate your migraine further. I may be able to help ease it a bit." She said as she rolled a stool behind Yoko's head and sat down. Gloved hands soon examined Yoko's scalp, gently lifting her head and carefully feeling for any tenderness. Satisfied, Eilonwy placed a pillow down a...

"Mmm..." The doctor pressed a button on the underside of the table and the lights dimmed. "Lie down and relax. I'll do a few tests by hand, just to verify that there isn't a lingering injury."

"Do you have one now?" she asked, as she put the light away.

"That's good." she nodded as she leaned forward with a light. "Look straight ahead."

The light shone into Yoko's eyes for a moment, then moved away and back a couple of times.
