Yoko looked at the burns and nodded, "I can see how that kind of thing you'd want to leave in the past. For more than one reason. Is it something you have strong feelings about then, as far as a legacy on your life goes? Or is it something you wish to just move on from to the here and now?"

Yoko pouts a little and opens her eyes, still holding the cold pack in place, "Maybe they have some natural hotsprings somewhere; If not, I could figure something out. Even if it's just something smaller."

Yoko does not get back to dancing, seemingly content to crack another fruity alcohol drink and watch. She nibbles her bottom lip a little as she watches Lakshmi guiding Ez, enjoying the beat as well even as she refreshes herself.

A chuckle, "How is that not upside? Help with medical issues AND improve morale? I see no downside there."

Yoko gave a small nod, frowning at the lack of reaction again, but mostly expecting it. "I'll take that into consideration. For now... ta-ta."

She steps back and gives a little wave before walking towards the main exit and her room beyond.

Yoko will be looking to recruit people, since it's been brought up.

Yoko's more than fine with direction so joins in demonstrating for now. At the suggestion of 'something more' she decides to try some new music.

"How about you see what you can do with this Ez, hm?"

"You also need to come back for Mei-Ling. After all, if you’re in good in bed as she was gushing about. she'd have a a hard time replacing you, no?"

She walked up to the taller man with a grin and booped his nose gently with a fingertip.

"See, now you're giving away the mystery. Way I saw it, you were a quiet man with an eyepatch, handsome nobleman with an unknown past."

Yoko stopped walking to lean back against a chainlink fence that had been put up for the dropsite camp.

That gets a laugh from Yoko, "You know, that actually sounds kind of fancy in a way. Certainly more so than just 'Barefoot'."

She looked up at the midday sun through her shades, also shading her eyes a bit with her hand.

"How are you liking it Miss Rains?"

"I should be saying that to you, shouldn't I? You're the one heading out into combat."

"Not even for 'medical reasons'? If anyone could, it's you Doc."

Yoko smirked and reached up, taking the cool compress from Eilonwy.

Yoko took a sip, "Well, it certainly doesn't TASTE like feet. I mean, it's called "Barefoot"; Could be some sort of saying in English? Makes no sense to me why you'd call it that in Japanese."

"Like where? I don't think heading back to my bunk early really qualifies. So unless they decided to add a jacuzzi to the base..."

"I think it just means don't overdo things if you don't want to end up in jail? But yeah, what you said makes sense. For now though, I think some coffee and sugar have me wide awake." She chuckled and stood up straight, "Suppose I should get ready for actual work though; We'll need comms ready as so...

"I do agree, to a point. Living free without inhibitions towards your goals and desires is great and all. But living without inhibitions certainly doesn't mean living without consequences. At this point, Yoko was feeling too comfortable and relaxed to get up, despite the fact the medbay examination table wasn't exactly made for comfort.
